Mobius Book Creator

Möbius Book Creator is part of the Möbius project, which aims to make the literature and publishing industry more modern. Book Creator is an application where users can freely read, write and publish their own literature. Laurea University of Applied Sciences participated in the user testing of Book Creator.

Me and two other students set out to explore the usability of Book Creator by participating in user testing of the application. During the user testing, each of us explored the page independently and wrote notes about our observations. We then compiled our observations and created a total of three user personas based on them. We also created an empathy map, an user journey map, and a collection of problem statements. Based on these, we started thinking about solutions using the Crazy Eights method, and we picked the best ideas to present.
