Customer Service Skills

In customer service situations, I always approach customers with a smile and cheerful attitude, and I am always ready to help them. The same applies to my colleagues.

Capable of working in a team

I greet, help, encourage and, on the side, entertain any co-worker who might need it at any time. I have been told that my presence makes one feel relaxed and inspired.

Not afraid of routines

I don't mind repetitive workdays. Although adventures are nice sometimes, I appreciate efficient processes and predictability.

Ability to search for information

I always try to figure things out myself as much as I can before asking for help. I read the instructions and other documentation provided, and once I find a solution, I am happy to share what I have learned with others.

I make sure that the different stages of the process are carried out correctly, and I always try to double-check, without compromising on efficiency.

UI/UX -designing

I have worked as a Digital Support at the Community Center Vuosaari and also briefly provided digital support at the Hakunila Library during my studies. During these times, I have gotten as close to the customer interface as is possible, and have seen with my own eyes how the user experience could be improved in many digital services.

During my studies, I have also been able to learn about many service design methods, and have done user testing and various prototypes. I have both a creative and technical side, so I know how to make things look good while also taking into account how easy it would be to implement.

Website development has been a big interest of mine since elementary school, and I learned the basics of HTML/CSS independently back then. In the fall of 2019, I was an intern at Helpot Kotisivut Oy, where I got to make several website projects for corporate clients using WordPress and Elementor. In addition, in the fall of 2024, I was involved in the Sattva Projects Oy website redesign as part of my studies.
